We paid the original shipping fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

REFUND PROCESS


After we have received your returned items and verified that your goods are in original condition, we process refunds within just 1-2 business days upon receipt of your return.
We will refund the entire original purchase amount of the item via the same method of payment used in the original purchase.
Orders paid by Paypal will have transfer fees deducted and the international exchange rate at the time of purchase will affect the total amount you will receive.
 

All photographs are virtual images of the gemstone you will receive. We tried to ensure that we show the most accurate, high definition, representation of the actual gemstone on your screen.

Photographs and videos are taken in daylight or through diffused light sources but not in the glare of direct sunlight. The majority of our images and video are taken via a mobile device.
We avoid using the flash that reflects on metals and gemstones and can make it difficult to judge the true color of precious stones.


The true color may vary slightly from that which is displayed in product images due to different screens and resolutions.


We show scale by details measurement, using a coin next to the piece or wearing on the model.  
Some pictures may be enlarged to reveal details.

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of payment verification from Singapore.

Depending on your location and the value of the item you purchase, your item will be sent via Express (5-8days) or International Economy post (7-21days) with online tracking.
You can track the status of your shipment at any time through the courier’s website.
