Order Cancellation

We distribute our products through multiple channels and strive to keep our website's product availability status up-to-date. However, there may be occasions when your order has to be cancelled because the product becomes sold out on another channel just before you add it to your cart and proceed to order.

We take care to displaying gemstones and jewelry in a way that accurately represents their true beauty and characteristics.

Photos and videos are taken with neutral background under different light sources and angles to appreciate the varying hues it reflects.

We avoid the glare of direct sunlight or using the flash that reflects on metals and gemstones, and can make it difficult to judge the true color of precious stones.
Majority of our images and video are taken via a mobile device and camera.

The true color may vary slightly from that which is displayed in product images due to different screens and resolutions.
We show scale by details measurement, using a coin next to the piece or wearing on the model.

All products from Burma Jars come with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If you come across a manufacturing defect in any of our jewelry pieces, we will promptly repair it at no cost to you.

Some common examples of manufacturing defects in precious fine jewelry include:

  • Gemstone setting issues: Insecurely set gemstones or misaligned or loose prongs can lead to stones becoming loose or falling out.

  • Defective clasps or closures: Malfunctioning clasp or closure mechanisms can result in difficulties in fastening or securing the jewelry, posing a risk of loss or damage.

  • Structural weaknesses: Weak joints or connections between different components of the jewelry can make it susceptible to breakage or damage with normal wear.

It's important to note that manufacturing defects in fine jewelry do not include natural characteristics such as inclusions, color variations, or minor imperfections in gemstones. The presence or absence of these characteristics is a personal choice and often influences the pricing of the jewelry.

Please be aware that the warranty for manufacturing defects does not cover issues that may arise from improper care, mishandling, or inadequate storage of the jewelry.

We paid the original shipping fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refund Process

After we have received your returned items and verified that your goods are in original condition, we process refunds within just 1-2 business days upon receipt of your return.
We will refund the entire original purchase amount of the item via the same method of payment used in the original purchase.
Orders paid by Paypal/VISA will have transfer fees deducted and the international exchange rate at the time of purchase will affect the total amount you will receive.

We provide free delivery for all orders above SGD300.
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of payment verification from Singapore.
Depending on your location and the value of the item you purchase, your item will be sent via Express (5-8days) or International Economy post (7-21days) with online tracking.
Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange.
Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.
You can track the status of your shipment at any time through the courier’s website.
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges.

These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
