Layaway Plan Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Burma JARS. We are delighted to offer you a convenient interest free layaway plan, allowing you to purchase our exquisite fine jewelry over a specified period. Please review the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your layaway purchase:
***Layaway Duration: Our layaway plan duration is flexible and depends on the total purchase price of the item(s) you have selected. You can choose a layaway period ranging from 3 to 6 months for items with a total purchase price below USD 2000. For items with a total purchase price above USD 2000, you have the option to select a layaway period ranging from 3 to 12 months, based on your preference and convenience.
***Interest-Free: We do not charge any interest on layaway purchases. The total purchase price remains the same throughout the duration of the layaway plan.
***Commitment: By choosing the layaway option, you are committing to purchasing the selected item(s) and completing the payment within the agreed-upon period. Please consider your decision carefully, as we reserve the item(s) exclusively for you during this time, potentially missing out on other sales opportunities.
***Payment Schedule: To initiate the layaway plan, we require a minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price. The remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly installments. You are free to make installment payments at your convenience, provided that all payments are completed within the agreed-upon layaway period.
***Cancellation and Refunds: Once the layaway plan is initiated, cancellation or refund requests will be subject to the following conditions:
a. Cancellation within the first 14 days: You may cancel the layaway plan within the first 14 days from the date of initiation and receive a full refund of any payments made.
b. Cancellation after 14 days: If you cancel the layaway plan after 14 days, you will be refunded the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of 20% of the total purchase price. This fee is usually intended to cover administrative and transaction costs associated with reserving the item(s) and processing the layaway plan.
c. Refunds for completed layaway plans: Once you have completed all payments and the item(s) have been shipped, the purchase will be considered final, and no refunds will be provided except in cases where the item(s) are not authentic or do not match the provided description.
***Return Policy: Our standard return policy applies to items purchased through the layaway plan. You may return the item(s) within 7of receipt if they are not authentic or do not match the description provided. Please refer to our website for more details on our return policy.
***Shipping: Once the full payment is received, we will promptly ship the item(s) to you. The shipping time frame will depend on the item(s) and any additional customization requested.
